1. Booking

Booking your lessons is easy! Contact the office via email languagelandmex@gmail.com or WhatsApp +52 954 1586173 and arrange the times that are suitable for you. You can schedule either an intensive week with daily lessons, a regular weekly time slot, or book one off lessons tailored to your scheduling needs.  Once your lessons start, your following lesson times will be confirmed each time you meet with your teacher. Lesson times are not set in stone, and the schedules can be flexible with enough notice, and within the constraints of the 24hr cancellation policy.
 

New students must register and pay an enrollment fee of $ 500 pesos either in cash or through Paypal. The enrollment fee will be discounted from the total as soon as the course has started. Students pay for lessons in advance.
 

1. Cancellation

For private lessons, all cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full and your cancellation will count as a used lesson.

Everybody’s schedules are busy and it is incredibly important that we are informed as soon as you are aware that you are unable to attend a lesson.

 

Exceptional circumstances and illness will be taken into consideration. However, we always need to check with the teacher if there is a chance for a make-up class, since he/she has already planned and been ready to give that class.

If cancelling within 48 hours, we will do our best to reschedule for a next suitable time for the teacher and the school.
